Engaging and Coaching

Our approach to coaching is to engage people in their own thinking so that they acquire new meanings and insights about:

  • themselves
  • how they work with their colleagues
  • their preferred ways of working
  • dilemmas and how to deal with them

Our view is that when a person acquires new meaning and insights, they:

  • Enhance their understanding of an issue or problem
  • Make better decisions through enhanced understanding
  • Become committed to act because they take ownership of the action
  • Hold themselves accountable for success
  • Often enhance their self-knowledge
  • Increase their self-confidence and leadership capability
