Engaging and Coaching
Our approach to coaching is to engage people in their own thinking so that they acquire new meanings and insights about:
- themselves
- how they work with their colleagues
- their preferred ways of working
- dilemmas and how to deal with them
Our view is that when a person acquires new meaning and insights, they:
- Enhance their understanding of an issue or problem
- Make better decisions through enhanced understanding
- Become committed to act because they take ownership of the action
- Hold themselves accountable for success
- Often enhance their self-knowledge
- Increase their self-confidence and leadership capability
